Navigating Perth’s nanny industry can be difficult and time-consuming for busy mums and dads who are looking to welcome somebody into their home, to care for their children, and to build a long-term relationship with.
After working in the childcare industry and as a career nanny for over 10 years throughout New Zealand and Australia, I finally followed my dream and built a reputable agency that supports both families and nannies.
Having 2 children under the age of 5 and trying to run a business, I know the struggles faced by parents’, day in and day out.
From making sure the kids are ready for school, lunches packed, picked up from school, taxied to afterschool activities, homework supervision.. where does it end?
And all while trying to run a business, work a full-time job or just finish the grocery shopping without a tantrum?

I’ve been on both sides of the fence, which means I know exactly what to look for.
